Anime Zero Flame Director Guide: Hu Tao Raid and Awakening

To look for Flame Director, open the Spirit’s Bathtub raid and inspect the Nightmare reward preview. The October 18 reward tooltip calls the fighter Flame Director. An earlier recording labels the same reward slot Paramita Pyre, and players often search for her as Hu Tao.

How to get Flame Director

  • Open Create Lobby, select the Raid mode and look for Spirit’s Bathtub. The October recordings show the raid on Nightmare. Read the current entry conditions before queueing.
  • Inspect the fighter reward by name before entering. Staff of Homa and Ghost are separate material rewards on the same preview.
  • Clear the raid and check the results. If the Replace Unit? prompt appears after the drop, check which character slot you are replacing before you confirm.

How to handle No-Face and the copies

The recorded run starts with packs of bathhouse spirits. Clear the current waves and follow the elevator prompt once it opens. Save a reliable attack for the boss instead of spending every cooldown on the last pack.

Watch No-Face’s callouts and reposition when copies join the fight. Hold a wide attack for a window where it can hit both the boss and a copy. If you are in a group, call the window so the party can spend its strongest attacks together.

Read the reward and pity rows

The figures below come from the October 5 reward preview. The October 18 recording shows the fighter reward under the name Flame Director. Check the live Nightmare preview for current odds and read the tooltip for what each pity counter guarantees.

Awaken Flame Director and unlock her ultimate

After claiming Flame Director, open Evolution for the new fighter. The October 18 recording shows separate material, Coins and Gems requirements and lists the ultimate as the unlock. Compare your inventory with each current row before spending currency or farming again.

Save any Ghost or Staff of Homa drops from the raid. If you are short on other ingredients, read the Evolution tooltip and match the item name to the current Story reward preview or shop before spending raid attempts.
